快餐是社会经济、文化发展到一定阶段的产物。人们工作、生活节奏的加快,职业竞争的加剧,可自由支配收入的增加是促使快餐业兴旺及发展的主要动因。本文以广西著名快餐企业柳盛餐饮管理有限公司为例,从餐饮业服务营销的策略等方面进行了论述,,并提出合理的营销战略和建议,以此促进中式快餐企业的发展。
Fast food is the product of social economy and culture development to a certain stage. People’s work, the accelerated pace of life, the intensification of professional competition and the increase in disposable income are the main motivators for the fast-food industry to flourish and develop. In this paper, Liu Sheng Restaurant Management Co., Ltd., a famous fast-food enterprise in Guangxi, is taken as an example to discuss the strategy of service marketing in the restaurant industry. The reasonable marketing strategies and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Chinese fast food enterprises.
