采用反相高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑注射液含量及其降解物质．色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，流动相为甲醇—水（２５７５），检测波长３１８ｎｍ，流速１ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，柱温为室温．回收率９９．５％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ＝２．７％，降解物质＜１％，方法快速、准确，重复性好．
Determination of Tinidazole Injection and Its Degradation Substance by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: ODS column, mobile phase methanol - water (2575), detection wavelength 318nm, flow rate 1mL / min, the column temperature was room temperature. The recovery was 99.5% (n = 5), RSD was 2.7%, and the degradation was less than 1%. The method was rapid, accurate and reproducible.
