讨论了凸轮轴荧光磁粉无损检测自动化系统的实现。提出以微计算机为中心的自动控制系统,以主计算机控制PLC磁粉探伤机和步进电机,工件的探伤过程与图像处理过程并行运行,实现了裂纹磁痕的自动识别。
The realization of camshaft fluorescent powder nondestructive testing automation system is discussed. A microcomputer-based automatic control system is proposed. The main computer controls the PLC magnetic particle flaw detector and the stepping motor. The flaw detection process and the image processing process of the workpiece run in parallel, thus realizing the automatic identification of crack magnetic marks.
