企业改制后,股东大会拥有多项决定、审议和决议权力,然而它并非意味着对职工大会各项权力的取代。在企业改制情况下的工会工作,应正视新形势,接受新形势,融入新形势,适应新形势,使职工自觉自愿与企业结成利益共同体,把实现自我价值的要求融入到企业的创新发展上来。
After the enterprise restructuring, the general meeting of shareholders has a number of decisions, deliberations and resolutions. However, it does not mean that the general assembly of workers power to replace. In the process of enterprise restructuring, the work of trade unions should face up to the new situation, accept the new situation, integrate into the new situation and adapt to the new situation so that the employees voluntarily form a community of interests with the enterprises and integrate the requirements for realizing self-worth into the innovation and development of the enterprises.
