Addressing the shortage, aging and overlapping problems of existing standards system, SAC Administrator Tian Shihong, authorized by the State Council as the official proposer for the legal revision to make explanations at the NPC review meeting, pointed out that the revisions are mainly focusing on five major aspects to improve the legislation on the national standardization work.
