苯酚溶液是医院临床上常用的制剂,3%苯酚溶液用于口腔含漱,将5%苯酚溶液(又名石碳酸)可用于桌面、地面等环境消毒。测定苯酚溶液及其制剂的含量一般采用溴量法,溴酸钾法或碘量法。笔者对这三种方法比较试验,认为溴量法及溴酸钾法测定苯酚含量准确性高,但此两法操作既麻烦又费时。我们根据苯酚溶液在一定条件下有折光率的特征,采用折光法测定苯酚溶液含量,获得了较为满意的结果,具有快速、简便的优点,适合药房快速分析。
Phenol solution is commonly used in hospital clinical preparations, 3% phenol solution for oral rinses, 5% phenol solution (also known as carbolic acid) can be used for desktop, ground and other environmental disinfection. Determination of the content of phenol solution and its preparation generally use bromine method, potassium bromate method or iodometric method. The author of these three methods of comparative test, that bromine method and potassium bromate method for the determination of phenol content accuracy, but the operation of these two methods is cumbersome and time-consuming. According to the characteristics of the refractive index of phenol solution under certain conditions, the content of phenol solution was determined by the refraction method, and the satisfactory result was obtained. The method has the advantages of being quick and easy, and is suitable for rapid analysis in a pharmacy.
