石油管道局研究院研制的环氧粉末静电喷涂作业线于1988年10月21日通过中国石油天然气总公司的技术鉴定.该作业线由钢管道抛丸除锈;中频加热;静电喷涂;红外线加热固化等工艺设备组成.适用于喷涂φ377×7～φ720×7mm的大口径螺纹焊缝钢管.产品质量指标达到了国内外要求.用该作业线喷涂的4km长的φ377×7mm的螺纹钢管,已应用到马惠宁输油管线马宁段穿越黄河工程中.该作业线操作连续平稳、喷涂均匀、表面光滑、粉末损耗少.该作业线的研制成功,为输油管线的防腐开辟了又一条新路.

The line is shot blasting by steel pipe, medium frequency heating, electrostatic spraying, infrared heating Curing and other process equipment.It is suitable for spraying large diameter thread welded pipe of φ377 × 7 ~ φ720 × 7mm.It has reached the domestic and international product quality index.Using the 4km long φ377 × 7mm threaded steel pipe sprayed by this line, Which is applied to the Maining section of Maningning pipeline passing through the Yellow River project.The operation line has a smooth operation, uniform spraying, smooth surface and less powder loss.The successful development of the operation line has opened up another new road for the preservation of oil pipeline.
