目的探讨脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶的含量与颅骨增生的关系及临床意义。方法应用酶促反应及分光光度法测定60例脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶的含量,并利用手术前计算机断层扫描(CT)结果,比较60例脑膜瘤患者颅骨增生的发生情况。结果 60例脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时43例肿瘤组织碱性磷酸酶增高的患者,颅骨增生情况也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脑膜瘤患者瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶含量涉及脑膜瘤的发生,碱性磷酸酶含量增高与患者颅骨增生密切相关,观察颅骨增生情况对脑膜瘤临床诊断有重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the content of alkaline phosphatase and the hyperplasia of skull in meningioma and its clinical significance. Methods The content of alkaline phosphatase in 60 cases of meningiomas was determined by enzymatic reaction and spectrophotometry. The CT findings before surgery were compared with those of 60 cases of meningioma. Results The content of alkaline phosphatase in 60 cases of meningiomas was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), while the increase of alkaline phosphatase in 43 cases was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusions The content of alkaline phosphatase in meningiomas is related to the occurrence of meningiomas. The increase of alkaline phosphatase is closely related to the hyperplasia of skull in patients with meningioma. It is important to observe the hyperplasia of skull in clinical diagnosis of meningioma.
