应用铁谱分析技术对非调质钢35MnVN及调质钢40Cr和45钢强化状态的磨损过程进行了分析比较。结果表明,在滑动磨损条件下,35MnVN强化状态的耐磨性优于40Cr和45钢调质后强化态的耐磨性。说明在滑动磨损工况下非调质钢35MnVN完全可以取代调质铜40Cr、45钢使用。
The application of ferrography to the non-quenched and tempered steel 35MnVN and quenched and tempered steel 40Cr and 45 steel strengthened state of the wear and tear were analyzed and compared. The results show that under the conditions of sliding wear, the wear resistance of 35MnVN strengthened state is better than that of 40Cr and 45 steel after quenched and tempered. This shows that the non-quenched and tempered steel 35MnVN can completely replace the quenched and tempered copper 40Cr and 45 steel under the sliding wear condition.
