针对复杂大群体评价中出现的评价者意见不一致问题,提出了一种基于粒子群优化算法的复杂大群体评价方法。在评价者权重确定上,传统方法过分依赖判断矩阵,而判断矩阵在复杂大群体评价问题的评价者权重确定上具有局限性,从而提出基于序关系分析法的评价者权重的确定方法;在群体协商过程中,传统群体评价方法限于群体规模较小的情形,当评价群体规模较大时,评价成本过大,从而在复杂大群体评价过程中引入改进的粒子群优化算法。最后给出一个算例,算例结果验证了该算法的有效性。
In view of the inconsistency of the evaluators’ opinions in the evaluation of complex large groups, a complex large group evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization is proposed. In the aspect of evaluating the weight of the evaluator, the traditional method relies too much on the judgment matrix, while the judgment matrix has its limitation in the evaluation of the weight of the evaluator in the evaluation problem of complex large groups, and then puts forward the method to determine the weight of the evaluator based on the ordinal relation analysis method. In the process of negotiation, the traditional method of group evaluation is limited to the case of small group size. When the scale of evaluation group is large, the evaluation cost is too large, so the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced in the process of complex large group evaluation. Finally, an example is given. The result of the example verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
