The more powerful the content is, the stronger the IP is and the higher the value that can be developed. Mango’s industrial strategy revolves around this core, developing new formats including movies, animation, publications and new media, integrating the whole industry chain and building a mango ecosystem. “Mango Ecosystem ” contains three dimensions of transformation: First, from the service audience to service users transition; Second, change content products for IP resources; third is to change the market ecology.
