采用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ,30mg/kg)给大鼠静脉注射,同时喂高热量食物,建立类似Ⅱ型糖尿病的肥胖糖尿病大鼠模型,以观察黄丹冲剂对模型大鼠糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)及肾小球基底膜变化的影响。实验结果表明:黄丹冲剂虽无降血糖作用,却有明显降低HBA1c及减轻或延缓肾小球基底膜增厚的作用,从而为该方用于防治糖尿病血管并发症提供了一定的理论依据。
The rats were injected intravenously with streptozotocin (STZ, 30mg / kg) and fed with high-calorie food at the same time to establish an obese diabetic model of type II diabetes mellitus to observe the effect of Huangdan granule on the changes of glycated hemoglobin (HBA1c) and glomerular basement membrane changes. The experimental results show that although Huangdan granule has no hypoglycemic effect, it has the obvious effect of reducing HBA1c and reducing or retarding the glomerular basement membrane thickening, thus providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular complications.
