[目的]研究烯啶虫胺在有氧水环境中的生物降解能力。[方法]采用活性污泥呼吸抑制试验、2种快速生物降解测试改良的斯特姆法和呼吸计量法、固有生物降解测试赞恩-慧伦斯法,测定烯啶虫胺对活性污泥中微生物的毒性及其在有氧水环境中的生物降解性。[结果]活性污泥中微生物3 h暴露于1 000 mg/L烯啶虫胺中,呼吸抑制率1.61%、-1.86%、1.15%;28 d烯啶虫胺生物降解率依次为10.31%、9.43%、16.5%。[结论]烯啶虫胺对活性污泥中微生物无抑制作用,在有氧水环境中不易被快速生物降解且不发生初级生物降解过程。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biodegradability of nitenpyram in the environment of aerobic water. [Method] The activated sludge respiration inhibition test, two kinds of rapid biodegradation test, modified Sturm method and respiratory measurement method, the intrinsic biodegradation test Zane-Wallrence method were used to determine the effect of nitenpyram on activated sludge Toxicity of microorganisms and their biodegradability in aerobic water environment. [Result] The microorganisms in activated sludge were exposed to 1 000 mg / L nitenpyram for 3 h and the respiration rates were 1.61%, -1.86% and 1.15% respectively. The biodegradation rates of nitenpyram 28 days were 10.31% 9.43%, 16.5%. [Conclusion] Nitenpyram has no inhibitory effect on the microorganisms in activated sludge, it is not easily biodegradable and does not undergo primary biodegradation process in aerobic water environment.
