对我国煤炭企业财务管理现状进行分析,从内部控制不到位、管理体制上的缺失、信息预测能力较差等多个方面,解析我国煤炭企业财务预算管理中存在的主要问题和矛盾。最后,对我国煤炭企业财务预算管理存在的问题进行总结,提出完善自煤炭企业财务预算管理的几点策略。希望通过本文的阐述,可以为相关领域研究提供一定思路。 This paper analyzes the status quo of financial management in China’s coal enterprises, analyzes the main problems and contradictions in the financial budget management of China’s coal enterprises in terms of lack of internal control, lack of management system and poor information prediction ability. Finally, the paper summarizes the existing problems in the financial budget management of China’s coal enterprises, and puts forward some strategies to improve the management of the financial budget of coal enterprises. Hope that through the elaboration of this article, we can provide some ideas for the research in related fields.
