根据雌虫会阴花纹特征将采集地河北省定州市西南合村黄瓜棚的根结线虫鉴定为南方根结线虫,并研究对多种植物病原菌具有较强抑制作用的玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63对南方根结线虫的防效及其产生的与防治线虫相关的酶。结果表明,Men-myco-93-63发酵液对根结线虫二龄幼虫的校正致死率达到100%,粗酶液对线虫的校正致死率达到94.87%。Men-myco-93-63具有较强的胶原蛋白酶产生能力,也可产生丝氨酸蛋白酶和蛋白酶,发酵液中蛋白酶的活力达到473.363 7U/mL。推测胶原蛋白酶、蛋白酶、丝氨酸蛋白酶等酶类在该生防菌对南方根结线虫的防治中起重要作用。温室盆栽试验结果表明,玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63发酵液及其固体发酵物对根结线虫均有防效;其中,发酵液5倍稀释液对根结线虫的防效最好,达到39.99%。
According to the feminine perineal pattern characteristics, the root-knot nematodes of cucumber shed in Southwest Hecun Village, Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, were identified as Meloidogyne incognita and studied Streptomyces rose-Streptomyces Men-myco which had a strong inhibitory effect on various plant pathogens -93-63 on root-knot nematode and its control of nematode-related enzymes. The result of pot experiment in greenhouse showed that the fermentation broth of Mendelian streptomyces Men-myco-93-63 and its solid ferment had control effect against Meloidogyne incognita. Among them, the five-fold dilution of fermentation broth had the best control effect against Meloidogyne incognita , Reaching 39.99%.
