为了保护森林资源,打击木材违法运输行为,促进林区经济发展,必须加强木材物流运输过程的监管。可引入物联网解决方案,应用彩信技术拍摄检尺图像、RFID技术抓拍运输图像和GPRS技术实现无线远程通讯。指挥中心只需对比图像,即可发现多种木材违法运输行为,安排少量人员即可监管全县木材物流过程。在研究中,通过调整RFID读写器帧时隙后,提高了RFID扫描频率,增强了抗干扰能力,对车辆的识别概率从0.9844提升至0.9997。通过生产现场实测,科技监管效果优于传统人工执法,能够实现不停车检查,执法工作对林业生产的干扰减小,有利于提高林区农村社会管理科学化水平。
