本文通过对中国大陆境内安徽、湖南、湖北和云南4地日本血吸虫的蛋白质组分、同工酶多态性进行分析表明:1梯度SDS、IEF电泳结果均显示4地日本血吸虫雌雄虫的蛋白条带相同,说明在蛋白质组分上可能是相同的。2同工酶电泳显示4地血吸虫雌雄虫在CO酶谱上无差别,即没有多态性表现。在GPI、ACP和G6PDH上显示了雌雄虫间的酶谱略有差异,但不同地理株同性虫体间未显示差异,说明在雌雄虫间可能存在基因位点的多态性,在PGM和MDH的同工酶谱上则表现出既有雌雄虫间的不同,也有不同地理株间的差异,表现4地日本血吸虫雌雄虫和不同地理株间有基因位点的多态性表现。
In this paper, we analyzed the protein components and isozyme polymorphisms of Schistosoma japonicum in four sites of Anhui, Hunan, Hubei and Yunnan in China. The results showed that: 1. The results of gradient SDS and IEF electrophoresis showed that the four S. japonicum The same bands of protein indicate that the protein components may be the same. 2 isozyme electrophoresis showed four places schistosoma male and female in the CO enzyme spectrum no difference, that is, no polymorphism. The GPI, ACP and G6PDH showed a slight difference in the enzyme pattern between male and female, but no difference was found between the homosexual parasites of different geographic strains, indicating that there may exist genetic polymorphisms between male and female. And MDH isozymes showed the difference between the existing male and female, there are also differences between different geographical strains, showing the four Schistosoma japonicum male and female and different geographic strains have genetic polymorphism.
