目的 探讨线粒体 D N A (m t D N A )相对含量与衰老的关系。方法 采用定量 Southern 杂交方法测定 m t D N A 的相对含量。结果 大鼠大脑组织中老年组 m t D N A 的相对含量明显高于其他组( P< 001),而幼年与成年组相比无明显差异( P >005)。结论 老年组大鼠大脑组织中 m t D N A 的含量是增多的,而这种与年龄相关 m t D N A 含量的变化可能始于成年以后。
Objective To investigate the relationship between mitochondrial D N A (m t D N A) content and senescence. Methods The relative content of m t D N A was determined by quantitative Southern hybridization. Results Compared with other groups, the relative content of m t D N A in the aged group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P <001). There was no significant difference between the young group and the adult group (P> 005). Conclusions The content of m t D N A in the brain tissue of rats in the aged group is increased, while the age-related content of m t D N A may begin to change after adulthood.
