合成了14个新化合物,其中有12个是(S)-(+)-α-甲基丁酰基间苯三酚类化合物。通过对新化合物旋光资料的研究和分析,找到了它们绝对构型与旋光方向的关系。该规律在测定光学活性的α-甲基丁酰基间苯三酚类化合物的绝对构型和开发研究该类药物上,均具有一定的实际应用价值。
Fourteen new compounds were synthesized, of which 12 were (S) - (+) - α-methylbutyryl phloroglucinol compounds. Through the research and analysis on the optical rotation data of new compounds, the relationship between the absolute configuration and the optical rotation direction has been found out. The law has certain practical value in determining the absolute configuration of optically active α-methylbutyryl phloroglucinol compounds and in the research and development of such drugs.
