为解决矿用带式输送机以恒定速度运煤易导致煤量大时无法及时将煤炭运输出去、煤量小时节能效果差的问题,结合上湾矿三盘区集运系统现场实际,提出了调速系统总体方案,分析了采用激光输送带秤、红外输送带秤、电子输送带秤以及上级设备负载电流实现煤量计量的原理和优缺点,研究了利用电子输送带秤和长度积分法准确计量整个带面煤量的思路,给出了分级调速策略,实现了集运二部变频带式输送机调速。
