目的 了解大鼠种植型肝癌生成前后血清sIL 2R水平的动态变化及意义。材料与方法 采用直接注射法制作大鼠肝癌动物模型 ,应用CT或MRI评价大鼠种植型肝癌的影像学特点 ,应用免疫试剂盒检测大鼠荷瘤前后外周血sIL 2R表达水平的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 大鼠肝癌种植后 7天 ,种植肝叶均可见类圆形、单发、瘤灶影 ,直径约 0 .6~ 0 .8cm ,CT平扫为低密度 ,增强后边缘强化 ;MRI扫描T1WI为低信号 ,T2 WI则为高信号。荷瘤大鼠sIL 2R表达水平较对照组明显增高 ,且随肿瘤增大而进一步升高。结论 大鼠种植型肝癌影像学特点及sIL 2R水平的动态变化与人相似 ,sIL 2R为肝癌疗效评价提供了一个有价值的指标
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes and significance of sIL 2R in serum of rats with implanted hepatocellular carcinoma. Materials and Methods The animal model of hepatocellular carcinoma was established by direct injection. The imaging features of implanted hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in rats were evaluated by CT or MRI. The expression of sIL 2R in peripheral blood of the rats was detected by immunological kit. Control group for comparison. Results Seven days after planting, all the hepatic lobules were observed with round, single and tumor lesions with a diameter of about 0.6 ~ 0.8cm. CT scan showed low density and enhanced edge enhanced MRI scan T1WI For low signal, T2 WI is high signal. The sIL 2R expression level in tumor-bearing rats was significantly higher than that in control group, and further increased with the increase of tumor size. Conclusion The imaging characteristics and sIL 2R level of implanted hepatocellular carcinoma in rats are similar to those in human. The sIL 2R provides a valuable index for evaluating the therapeutic effect of HCC
