本文对汕头口岸潼湖轮及海员酒家的餐具卫生状况进行了评价。共采样263份,平均合格宰为70.7%;不同单位、不同类餐具其卫生合格率不同;餐具受污染主要来源于粪便,提示餐具在传播肠道传染病的作用上有着重要的流行病学意义。
This article evaluates the sanitary status of tableware at Tonghu round and seamen restaurant in Shantou. A total of 263 samples were collected, with an average of 70.7% of slaughter slaughtered. The hygiene pass rates of different units and different types of tableware were different. Tableware contaminated mainly came from stool, suggesting that tableware has an important epidemiological significance in the spread of intestinal infectious diseases .
