一、前言红山水库库区移民区位于库区两岸二级台地上,土质均为沙土,没有自流灌溉条件,水文地质情况复杂,地下水分布不匀,埋深都在地面80米以下。国家为扶助库区移民,先后投资修建了红山、山咀、白沙洞等大小14座扬水站,提取库水灌溉两岸6万多亩土地,生产条件有所改善,但是由于渠道渗漏严重,渠系利用系数小于0.3,灌溉一次每亩需电费5~7元,最高13元。
I. Introduction The resettlement area of Hongshan Reservoir Area is located on the two platforms of the two banks of the reservoir area. The soil quality is sandy soil. There are no conditions for gravity irrigation. The hydrogeology is complex and the groundwater is unevenly distributed. The buried depth is below 80 meters on the ground. In order to assist the resettlers in the reservoir area, the state has successively invested and built 14 pumping stations of the size of Hongshan, Shanzui and Baishansu to extract more than 60,000 mu of land on both sides of the Taiwan Strait for irrigation and drainage, and the production conditions have been improved. However, due to the serious channel leakage, Canal utilization coefficient is less than 0.3, irrigation once per acre need electricity 5-7 yuan, up to 13 yuan.
