目的观察14-3-3ζ和上皮型钙黏素(E-cadherin)在T1期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达,探讨两者与NSCLC发展、侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学和免疫印迹法(Western blotting)检测110例NSCLC及正常肺组织中14-3-3ζ和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果与正常肺组织相比,14-3-3ζ在NSCLC中的表达显著增强,且表达与肺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移显著相关,并与患者的性别、年龄和病理学分型无关。与正常肺组织相比,E-cadherin在NSCLC中的表达减弱,且其表达也与肺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移明显相关,而与性别、年龄和肺癌病理学分型无关。结论 14-3-3ζ高表达可能促进了NSCLC的发展与转移,14-3-3ζ和E-cadherin与T1期NSCLC发展、侵袭和转移密切相关。
Objective To observe the expression of 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin in T1-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to explore their relationship with the development, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. Methods Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin protein in 110 cases of NSCLC and normal lung tissues. Results The expression of 14-3-3ζ in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues. The expression of 14-3-3ζ was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis in lung cancer, but not with the sex, age and pathological type. The expression of E-cadherin in NSCLC was lower than that in normal lung tissue, and the expression of E-cadherin was also correlated with the differentiation and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer, but not with the gender, age and pathological type of lung cancer. Conclusion High expression of 14-3-3ζ may promote the development and metastasis of NSCLC. The expression of 14-3-3ζ and E-cadherin is closely related to the development, invasion and metastasis of T1-stage NSCLC.
