本文用XPS研究了褪色剂与表皮中肽键、二硫键、疏基和碳-硫键的化学作用.结果表明在褪色过程中化学反应主要发生在二硫键和疏基上,肽键和碳-硫键的断裂不明显。此外还研究了褪色剂与表皮黑色素、福尔马林色素和金属离子的化学作用,探讨了褪色机理,并从分子水平上解释了混合褪色剂褪色能力强和对皮肤组织损伤小等优点。
In this paper, XPS was used to study the chemical interactions of peptide bond, disulfide bond, sparse bond and carbon-sulfur bond in the bleaching agent and epidermis.The results showed that the chemical reaction mainly occurs on the disulfide bond and the sparse bond in the fading process, The fracture of the carbon-sulfur bond is not obvious. In addition, the chemical action of fading agent, epidermal melanin, formalin and metal ions was also studied. The mechanism of fading was also discussed. And the advantages of fading ability of mixed fading agent and damage to skin tissue were explained at the molecular level.
