立足于解决“电网互联”和“控制独立”之间的矛盾,文中研发了适用于南方电网的网省地三级自动电压协调控制系统。分析南方电网无功电压运行和控制特点,提出了网省地一体化的层次型协调电压控制架构;重点阐述了网省协调、省地协调、基于网省协调约束的变电站优化控制、直流近区交直流协调电压控制等系统功能;描述了网省地各级控制中心间的数据交互方式及交互内容。所研发的实际系统已经在南方电网投入闭环试运行。
Based on the solution to the contradiction between “power grid interconnection” and “control independence”, this paper developed a network-level three-level automatic voltage coordination control system applicable to China Southern Power Grid. Analyze the characteristics of operation and control of reactive power voltage in China Southern Power Grid, and put forward an integrated voltage-level control structure of grid-province and local area. The coordination between grid province and provincial government and the coordination of provincial power grid are emphasized. Substation control and optimization based on grid- AC and DC voltage control and other system functions; described at all levels of provincial and provincial control center data exchange and interactive content. The actual system developed has been put into closed-loop trial operation in China Southern Power Grid.
