化工过程常规控制结构选择问题,由过程控制最底层的多回路PID控制器的结构选择和参数优化问题组成,会直接影响到整个化工过程控制系统的整体控制性能。本文作出常规控制结构选择问题的数学描述,将其转化为带有0-1变量约束的混合整数动态优化问题,并通过将0-1变量松弛化、引入附加等式约束求解此问题。以复杂的催化裂化装置反应-再生系统为例求解其常规控制结构选择问题,求解结果验证优化算法的有效性。
The selection of the conventional control structure of chemical process is composed of the structure selection and parameter optimization of the multi-loop PID controller at the bottom of the process control, which will directly affect the overall control performance of the entire chemical process control system. In this paper, a mathematical description of the problem of the conventional control structure selection is made, which is transformed into a mixed integer dynamic optimization problem with a 0-1 variable constraint. The problem is solved by introducing an additional equality constraint by relaxing the 0-1 variable. Taking the complicated reaction-regeneration system of a catalytic cracking unit as an example, the conventional control structure selection problem is solved, and the results of the optimization verify the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm.
