针对不同轴载对半刚性基层沥青路面的潜在破坏能力问题,提出一种根据不同轴载作用下路面力学响应为标准的路面破坏分级方法。该方法应用弹性层状体系理论分析了不同轴载作用下的半刚性基层沥青路面力学特性,通过计算沥青层的抗剪强度、半刚性基层的拉应力和各结构层的压应力,并与标准轴载作用下结构层力学特性进行了比较,辅以各结构层的设计允许应力值,得到不同轴载作用下的路面破坏潜力表。通过对某公路安徽段实测数据的分析表明,该方法可以有效地实现不同轴载对半刚性基层沥青路面的潜在破坏能力分析。
In view of the potential failure of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with different axle loads, a grading method of pavement failure according to the mechanical response of pavement under different axle loads is proposed. In this method, the mechanical properties of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with different axial loads are analyzed by using elastic layered system theory. By calculating the shear strength of asphalt layer, the tensile stress of semi-rigid base layer and the compressive stress of each structural layer, The mechanical properties of the structural layer under standard axial load were compared, and the design allowable stress values of each structural layer were supplemented to obtain the potential damage table of pavement under different axial loads. The analysis of the measured data of Anhui section of a highway shows that this method can effectively realize the analysis of the potential failure of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with different axle loads.
