[目的]探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(bcl-2)、热休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)的蛋白及其mRNA的表达情况及临床意义.[方法]收集62例NSCLC患者的病理组织标本作为观察组,并取其中30例患者癌旁正常肺组织(距肿瘤边缘>3 cm)作为对照组,测定两组MMP-9、bcl-2、HSP90α蛋白及其mRNA表达水平及与临床病理特征的相关性.[结果]①观察组MMP-9 mRNA、bcl-2 mRNA、HSP90αmRNA蛋白表达水平及阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);②不同TNM分期、伴或不伴淋巴结转移NSCLC患者组织MMP-9、HSP90α蛋白阳性率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),不同组织类型NSCLC患者组织bcl-2蛋白阳性率比较差异有显著性(P 3 cm. These 30 cases were determined to be the control group. The expression levels of MMP-9, bcl-2, and HSP90αin pathological tissues and cancer adjacent tissues were determined, and the correlation between the expression of each protein and clinical pathological factors was analyzed.[Results]The expression level of and positive rate of MMP-9 mR-NA, bcl-2 mRNA, and HSP90αmRNA in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). There were significant differences in the positive rates of MMP-9 and HSP90 protein between patients with NSCLC of differ-ent TNM stages, with or without lymph node metastasis ( P<0.05) . There were significant differences in the positive rates of bcl-2 protein between patients with NSCLC with different tissue types ( P<0.05). [Conclusion]The positive rates of MMP-9, bcl-2, and HSP90αin non small cell lung cancer tissues are higher than those in cancer adjacent normal tissues. Expression of MMP-9 and HSP90 is related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, and expression of bcl-2 protein is re-lated to NSCLC tissue types.
