“孝德教育”是利用上虞得天独厚的孝文化资源而开发的地方课程,已历时19年的实践磨砺,两度在绍兴市上虞区各小学推广使用。本文从“孝德教育”地方课程区域推广的意义、策略与模式、成效等方面,阐述了课题研究的主要成果,探索出的“课程标准统一、课程内容统一、课程实施统一和课程评价统一”的“四统一”行动策略和“行政驱动——教研互动——校际联动”的区域推广模式,为课程的有效实施与推进奠定了基础,也取得了显著的教学效果,在传播孝德、践行孝道、奉献爱心的教育实践中,达到了“教育一代人,影响三代人”的目的。 “Education of filial piety ” is a local curriculum developed by using Shangyu’s unique filial piety culture resources.
