本文就小学班主任班级管理展开讨论,认为当前班主任的班级管理存在着课堂纪律松散,学生之间摩擦冲突多,部分学生对于班级管理认同不强这三个问题,并针对这三个问题,提出了规范课堂班级管理,发挥学生的主体作用,以及兼顾多种利益诉求三个解决方案,本文旨在通过有益的探索和讨论,为推动新形势下小学班主任班级管理的有效开展做出有益的工作。
This article discusses the class teacher in charge of primary school. It holds that there are three problems in current class teacher management, such as loose classroom discipline, multiple conflicts among students, and some students’ low recognition of class management. In view of these three problems, This article aims to make useful work to promote the effective development of class management of the teachers in charge of primary school under the new situation through beneficial exploration and discussion.
