目的探讨酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取环江县人民医院2014年5月—2016年5月收治的支气管哮喘患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。对照组患者给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予口服酮替芬治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效、哮喘症状消失时间、肺功能相关指标恢复正常时间、治疗总时间,治疗前后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、峰值呼气流速(PEF)变化情况及治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者哮喘症状消失时间、肺功能相关指标恢复正常时间、治疗总时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FEV1、PEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者FEV1、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合酮替芬治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效确切,可有效缩短患者的治疗时间,改善肺功能,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ketotifen combined with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhaler in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 86 cases of bronchial asthma admitted to Huanjiang County People’s Hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with salmeterol and fluticasone inhaler, and patients in the treatment group were treated with ketotifen on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The clinical efficacy, disappearance of asthma symptoms, normal time of pulmonary function related indicators, total treatment time, forced expiratory volume at 1 second (FEV 1), peak expiratory flow rate (PEF) and treatment duration were compared between the two groups Adverse drug reactions occur. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The disappearance of asthma symptom, the recovery of lung function-related indicators and the total treatment time were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in FEV1 and PEF between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, FEV1 and PEF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Salmeterol ticagamme inhalation combined with ketotifen treatment of bronchial asthma clinical curative effect, which can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients, improve lung function, and high safety.
