The ability to train pupils to retell texts in English is one of the important contents of English teaching in primary schools. With the continuous intensification of the English curriculum reform work, how to develop a good ability for primary school students to repeat sentences has begun to be put on the teaching reform agenda. Your English teachers have actively carried out research on related issues. As a teacher engaged in English teaching in the sixth grade, I also tried to repeat some teaching methods in my classroom teaching practice. Next, this article will use the Yilin English teaching for the sixth grade as an example to introduce the segmented retelling method, the question replying method and the performance retelling method.
