目的:探讨大黄虫丸对荷瘤小鼠的免疫作用。方法:选择移植性肝癌H22小鼠为模型,观察大黄虫丸的抑瘤作用并检测免疫指标。结果:大黄虫丸对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤无明显的抑制作用,与对照组相比实验组小鼠的NK细胞杀伤活性及T细胞分泌IL-4的能力均显著增高(P<0.005,P<0.001)。结论:大黄虫丸能增强荷瘤小鼠体内NK细胞的杀伤功能及体液免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the immune effect of Dahuangchong Pill on tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: The transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma H22 mice were selected as a model to observe the anti-tumor effect of Dahuangchong Pill and detect the immune index. RESULTS: Dahuangchong Pill had no obvious inhibitory effect on tumors of tumor-bearing mice. Compared with the control group, the killing activity of NK cells and the ability of T cells to secrete IL-4 were significantly higher in mice in the experimental group (P<0.005, P< 0.001). Conclusion: Dahuangchong Pill can enhance the killing and humoral immunity of NK cells in tumor-bearing mice.
