本文报告我科自1985年1月～1986年6月、对119例妇科肿瘤患者测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)值的结果。其中卵巢恶性肿瘤13例,卵巢良性肿瘤61例,并对6例卵巢癌患者术前、术后作了化疗过程中连续测定血清LDH值的动态变化。卵巢恶性肿瘤与卵巢良性肿瘤血清LDH差别显著,手术后、化疗后血清LDH有不同程度下降。血清LDH值对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断有一定价值。测定卵巢恶性肿瘤血清LDH值对观察治疗效果有一定价值。
This article reports our department from January 1985 to June 1986, 119 cases of gynecologic oncology patients serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) value results. Including 13 cases of ovarian malignant tumor and 61 cases of benign ovarian tumor. The serum LDH values of 6 cases of ovarian cancer patients were measured before and after chemotherapy. Ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumor serum LDH significant difference, after surgery, serum LDH after chemotherapy decreased to varying degrees. Serum LDH value of ovarian cancer diagnosis has some value. Determination of ovarian cancer serum LDH value of the treatment effect of a certain value.
