随着高等职业教育的不断发展,我国传统的课程教学模式已不能适应高职教育的需要,尤其是对实训课程体系教学改革的呼声更是越来越高。实践教学是提高高职院校技能人才培养质量、实现高职教育目标的关键环节。本文通过对农产品商务经纪和代理专业综合实训课程体系建设的实践性探索和研究,将原有专业课实训从实训室走向市场,针对专业综合实训中存在的学生参与被动性和局限性等问题,提出开展专业综合实训的整改思路与措施。实训内容包括市场调查、营销策划、购、销、贮、运、结算、商务礼仪、商务谈判等各种专业知识。由学生自行组织安排实训的具体内容和过程。在营销活动前编写农产品营销的计划书或可行性方案,在营销活动后,编写实训总结报告。各环节活动进行反思,提交课件,并在课堂上演讲。第一阶段总课时数为72课时,目的是为了提高和加强学生综合实训能力,加深知识的感性认识,缩短毕业后在企业的适应时间。
