本文介绍了计算焊接件拘束强度的有限元法,并与实测方法进行了比较。借助有限元法利用电子计算机计算了各种不同焊接试件的拉伸和弯曲拘束强度,并对它们进行比较。在此基础上,讨论了弯曲拘束强度在评估焊接试件拘束程度方面的真正意义。同时指出,用电子计算机有限元法计算既方便又实用,不论在目前还是将来,在计算和比较焊接试件拘束强度方而均是一个有力手段。
In this paper, the finite element method for calculating the restraining strength of welded parts is introduced and compared with the measured method. The finite element method was used to calculate the tensile and flexural restraint strength of different kinds of welded specimens by electronic computer and compare them. On this basis, the true meaning of bending restraint strength in evaluating the degree of restraint of welding specimens is discussed. At the same time, it is pointed out that it is both convenient and practical to calculate with the finite element method of electronic computer, both in the present and in the future. It is a powerful measure to calculate and compare the restraining strength of welding specimen.
