针对大型磁悬浮CMG转子系统,比较分析大陀螺用内外锁紧方案对转子系统共振频率的影响,得到较优的抱式外锁紧方案.依据发射振动工况对外锁紧方案进行了动力学与静力学分析,得到锁紧装置的锁紧约束参数.根据设计结果研制了一台锁紧装置,并采用环境力学振动实验检验锁紧装置对转子系统的锁紧保护效果.结果表明,实验过程中转子系统未发生明显的共振,证明锁紧装置能够对转子系统进行有效保护.
