目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清趋化素(Chemerin)水平及其与内皮功能的相关性。方法选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2014年9月—2016年9月收治的69例原发性高血压患者作为观察组,另选取68例同期健康体检者为对照组,均测量血压水平并采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清Chemerin、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平,同时以硝酸还原酶法测定患者一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果观察组血清Chemerin及ET-1水平均高于对照组,NO水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清Chemerin水平与NO呈负相关(r=-0.660,P=0.030),与ET-1水平呈正相关(r=0.560,P=0.051)。结论原发性高血压患者血清Chemerin水平与内皮功能密切相关。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of Chemerin in patients with essential hypertension and its correlation with endothelial function. Methods 69 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the observation group and 68 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The blood pressure level Serum Chemerin and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and nitric oxide (NO) levels were measured by nitrate reductase method. Results The levels of Chemerin and ET-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of NO were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The serum Chemerin level was negatively correlated with NO (r = -0.660, P = 0.030), which was positively correlated with ET-1 level (r = 0.560, P = 0.051). Conclusions Serum Chemerin level in patients with essential hypertension is closely related to endothelial function.
