以纤维素膜为基质 ,活化后 ,键合壳聚糖配基 ,制备成亲和层析膜介质 .考察了所制备的膜介质在不同离子强度I、pH、流速条件下对内毒素的去除效果 .结果表明 ,在离子强度为0 1~ 0 4 ,pH值 6~ 8,流速 2~ 6mL/min范围内去除效果最佳 .将此亲和层析膜介质用于去除人血白蛋白溶液、氢化可的松注射液、右旋糖苷 4 0葡萄糖注射液中的内毒素 ,去除率在95%左右 ,用于去除溶菌酶溶液、盐酸丁卡因注射液中的内毒素 ,去除率在 80 %以上 .
The cellulose membrane was used as matrix to activate chitosan, and the chitosan ligand was prepared to prepare the affinity chromatography membrane media.The removal efficiency of endotoxin under different ionic strength I, pH and flow rate was investigated. The results showed that the removal efficiency was the best when the ionic strength was 0 1 ~ 0 4, the pH was 6 ~ 8 and the flow rate was 2 ~ 6 mL / min.The affinity chromatography membrane was used to remove the human serum albumin solution, Hydrocortisone injection, dextran 40 glucose endotoxin injection, the removal rate of about 95%, for the removal of lysozyme solution, tetracaine hydrochloride injection of endotoxin, the removal rate of 80% the above .
