用放射免疫测定法测定大鼠迷走-加压反应前后脑和垂体中乙酰胆碱的含量,发现垂体乙酰胆碱基础含量显著低于其他脑区;加压反应前后各脑区乙酰胆碱含量,没有明显变化。
The levels of acetylcholine in brain and pituitary before and after vagal-compression reaction were measured by radioimmunoassay. The basal levels of acetylcholine in pituitary were found to be significantly lower than those in other brain regions. The content of acetylcholine in each brain before and after pressureless reaction did not change significantly.
