目的 普通生物显微镜用于昆虫显微解剖。方法 标本置于聚光镜下 ,经成像后再进入显微镜系统 ,形成正立的图像。用测微尺测量 ,计算放大率。用擦镜纸和中华按蚊观察效果。结果 改变标本位置后可形成正立的图像 ,与使用解剖镜一致。同倍率镜头作普通显微镜用的放大率是作解剖镜用的 5 .1~ 6 .0倍 ,能满足解剖蚊虫的技术要求。用低倍镜小光圈成像质量好 ,解剖按蚊效果满意。结论 普通显微镜可代替 5~ 2 0倍解剖镜 ,在现场和基层尤为实用。
Purpose Ordinary biological microscope for insect microdissection. Methods Specimens were placed under a condenser and imaged before entering the microscope system to form an erect image. Measure with a micrometer and calculate the magnification. Use lens cleaning paper and Anopheles sinensis to observe the effect. Results The specimen was changed to form an erect image consistent with the use of a dissecting scope. Magnification lens with a magnifying power for ordinary microscope is used for dissecting the dissection with 5 .1 ~ 6. 0 times, to meet the technical requirements of anatomical mosquitoes. Small aperture with a low magnification imaging quality, anatomical Anopheles satisfactory results. Conclusion Ordinary microscope can replace 5 ~ 20 times the dissecting mirror, especially useful in the field and grassroots.
