目的 :评价鲁梅克斯 k1杂交酸模的营养功能。方法 :36只大鼠分为 4组 ,分别饲喂人工半合成饲料(对照组 )及添加杂交酸模 ,番茄和羽衣甘蓝的饲料。实验中进行了 2次 7d的氮平衡实验。 37d后 ,断头取血 ,取组织等测定有关指标。结果 :酸模组大鼠氮平衡测定、血液学参数、组织中蛋白和DNA含量、血脂水平同其他三组比较均未见差异。酸模组大鼠肝脏中丙二醛含量显著低于对照组 ,三个添加蔬菜组大鼠肠道中大肠杆菌的菌落计数均显著低于对照组 ,而每日粪便排出量均高于对照组。结论 :鲁梅克斯k 1杂交酸模具有与番茄和羽衣甘蓝类似的营养功能 ,有较好的抗氧化作用 ,可望成为一种新型的蔬菜资源
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the nutritional function of kraft ramix k1 hybrids. Methods: Thirty-six rats were divided into four groups and fed with artificial diet and semi-synthetic feed (control group) and with the addition of hybrid acid, tomato and kale. Two 7d nitrogen balance experiments were carried out in the experiment. After 37 days, decapitated blood, take the determination of tissue and other indicators. Results: There was no difference in nitrogen balance, hematological parameters, protein and DNA content, lipid level in acidosis group compared with the other three groups. The content of malondialdehyde in the liver of the acid-treated rats was significantly lower than that of the control group. The colony counts of E. coli in the intestines of the three vegetable-added rats were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the daily excretion of feces was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The Rumex k 1 hybrid acid mold has the similar nutritional functions as tomato and kale, and has good antioxidation effect and is expected to become a new type of vegetable resource
