目的　探讨立体定向放射神经外科 (SRS)治疗脑膜瘤的疗效和方法。方法　应用 SRS治疗脑膜瘤 48例 ,并随访 6个月至 36个月。单次治疗 31例 ,分次治疗 17例。治疗前 KPS评分 87(4 0～10 0 )。结果　显效 3例 ,有效 2 5例 ,无变化 12例 ,进展 5例。 KPS评分 92 (5 5～ 10 0 )。结论　 SRS治疗脑膜瘤是一种安全有效的方法 ;分次治疗对较大病灶也有较好的疗效 ,但应掌握好肿瘤大小、部位、形态与周边剂量的关系 Objective To investigate the efficacy and methods of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) in the treatment of meningiomas. Methods Forty-eight patients with meningioma were treated with SRS and were followed up for 6 months to 36 months. A single treatment in 31 cases, 17 cases of sub-treatment. KPS before treatment 87 score (40 ~ 10 0). The results were markedly effective in 3 cases, effective 25 cases, no change in 12 cases, progress in 5 cases. KPS score 92 (5 5 ~ 10 0). Conclusion SRS treatment of meningioma is a safe and effective method; fractionated treatment of larger lesions also have a good effect, but should grasp the tumor size, location, morphology and peripheral dose relationship
