采用MIC和纸片法考查了曼陀罗提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和酵母菌的抑菌性能。结果表明,曼陀罗对4种受试菌株都有抑菌活性;100℃时,水提物对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,最大抑菌圈为14.72 mm;pH值为8时,曼陀罗水提取对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和酵母菌的抑菌性最好,最大抑菌圈分别为15.46、13.47、12.26和11.22 mm。曼陀罗水提取对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和酵母菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为8、8、4、6 mg/m L。
The antibacterial properties of Datura stramonium extract against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and yeast were investigated by MIC and disk method. The results showed that Datura stramonium had antibacterial activity against all four tested strains. The best antibacterial activity of the extract was E. coli at 100 ℃ with the maximum inhibition zone of 14.72 mm. At pH 8, The antibacterial properties of Tara water extract to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and yeast are the best, the maximum inhibition zones are 15.46, 13.47, 12.26 and 11.22 mm respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of water extracts from Datura stramonium on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and yeast were 8, 8, 4 and 6 mg / m L, respectively.
