本文采用运动生物化学的实验方法,对芭蕾舞学生基训课后以及基训课中各组训练后的血乳酸、血尿素等指标进行了测试。研究结果表明:芭蕾舞基训课后血乳酸水平显著提高,代谢类型属于有氧无氧混合型。芭蕾基训课各组训练的负荷强度不同,能量代谢类型也不同,中跳和大跳训练的强度相对较大,其次是把杆,小跳和中间部分的训练强度相对较小;把杆、中间和小跳训练的供能系统以有氧代谢供能为主,而中跳和大跳训练以糖酵解供能为主。芭蕾舞基训后血尿素值升高,说明蛋白质参与了代谢供能,但升高幅度大约为1mmol/L左右,说明芭蕾基训的运动量中等,而且血尿素测定结果说明训练后能够得到恢复。研究建议:注重发展芭蕾舞学生的有氧代谢能力和无氧代谢能力;芭蕾舞学生在基训课上还有负荷潜力,可以加大训练量;芭蕾舞学生不可忽视蛋白质的补充。
