一、研究目的在我国,房地产业还是一个新兴产业,只有十多年的发展历史,正面临着一个从产业的初级阶段向高级阶段过渡的历史时期,有许多问题亟待研究.简单可以分为两大类:一类是以“事’为研究对象,一类是以“人”为研究对象.目前,对“事”的研究很多,而对“人”的研究相对薄弱.培养和造就一批新型房地产业管理人员,使他们成为房地产业政策法规的制定者和执行者,成为推动房地产业健康发展的核心动力,这一点具有重要战略意义.本课题研究采用“MBTI”人格类型量表的“LB”领导行为方式问卷,以房地产业管理
