介绍了混合金属层状氢氧化物胶(正电胶)为主体的泥浆体系,经室内研究和现场试验证明,该体系具有独特的流变性,用宾汉模式描述,其静切力接近屈服值;10s静切力、屈服值和φ_3读数相近,是一条τ_s接近τ_0的塑性流变曲线;该体系有较低的塑性粘度、较高的屈服值和动塑比值、较大的凝胶强度和剪切稀释能力,以及有长的松弛时间。因此,该体系悬浮固相和携带钻屑能力强,并依靠高密度的电荷起到抑制粘土水化分散和稳定井壁的作用,适应于大斜度定向井和水平井的钻井施工。
This paper introduces a mixed slurry system of layered metal hydroxide (positive rubber) as the main body. It has been proved by indoor research and field experiments that the system has unique rheology and is described by Bingham model. The shear force close to the yield value ; 10s static shear force, yield value and φ_3 readings are similar, is a τ τ close to τ_0 plastic rheological curve; the system has a lower plastic viscosity, higher yield and plastic ratio, greater gel strength and Shear dilution capacity, as well as a long relaxation time. Therefore, the system is capable of suspending the solid phase and carrying drill cuttings, and relies on high-density charges to suppress the hydration and dispersion of clay and stabilize the sidewall of the well, so that the system can be adapted to the drilling of highly inclined directional wells and horizontal wells.
