随着高等教育的不断发展,面对高职院校日常繁琐的学生事务管理,同时为了更好的让学生尽快适应校园环境,积极的融入校园学习生活。在高职院校实行学生助理班主任制度,尤其是针对刚入学的大一新生来说,具有重要的实效意义,这不仅提高了学生的自我管理能力和组织能力,改善了学生的自我综合素质,更有利于学院与学生间的沟通交流,丰富了高校学生工作管理体制,进而实现了学校学生日常管理工作的稳定发展。
