初中思想品德课经常处于鸡肋般的存在状态:中考只占50分,在学生和家长看来,远不如语文、数学等主科来得重要,部分教师甚至抱着无所谓的态度授课。事实上,教学工作者必须认识到,有效组织思想品德课教学,不仅可以培养学生正确的情感态度与价值观,还可以对班主任的班级管理工作产生积极的作用。本文有几条思品课与班主任工作的融通建议,希望与众教师探讨:一是利用思想品德课,帮助学生正确认识自我;二是积极组织思想品德活动,在实践中培养学生的集体意识;三是利用思想品德教材资源,营造积极进取的班级氛围;四是用正确的思想品德理论武装自己,提高班主任职业素质。
Middle school ideological and moral lessons are often in a tasteless existence: the senior high school entrance examination only 50 points, students and parents seem far less important than the main subjects such as language, mathematics, some teachers even hold indifferent attitude teaching. In fact, teaching workers must recognize that the effective organization of ideological and moral teaching can not only cultivate students’ correct emotional attitudes and values, but also exert a positive influence on the teacher’s class management. This article has a few thought lessons and teachers work integration suggestions, I hope to discuss with the teachers: First, the use of ideological and moral lessons to help students correctly understand themselves; Second, actively organize ideological and moral activities in practice to cultivate the collective awareness of students; The third is to utilize the resources of ideological and moral teaching materials to create a positive and enterprising classroom atmosphere. Fourth, we should arm ourselves with the correct ideology and morality theory and improve the professional qualities of class teachers.
